Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) exists in all animals and plants, bacteria, yeasts, molds and food residues. ATP is released by destroying the cell wall through ATP release liquid. When ATP binds to luciferin under the action of luciferase, it emits a kind of biological fluorescence, and the amount of fluorescence is proportional to the amount of ATP. The fluorescence is collected, amplified, converted and counted by the photocell. Finally, the relative amount of ATP is displayed by the monitor. So the relative situation of bacteria and food residues at the test site can be known.

Ø  Immunochromatographic analysis

Immunochromatographic analysis is to fix a specific antibody to a certain zone of nitrocellulose membrane first. When one end of the dried nitrocellulose is immersed in the sample, the sample will move forward along the membrane due to capillary action. When it moves to the region where the antibody is fixed, the corresponding antigen in the sample is bound specifically to the antibody, and the specific change of the region is detected, so as to realize specific immunoassay.
