The glass products produced by BHP include flat stem products and special-shaped manual stem products, which are widely used in photoelectric devices such as PMT, X-ray tube, hollow cathode lamp, etc. The sealing parts can ensure the sealing against air leakage.
Plate stem pressing: Manual/semi-automatic pressing equipment is used for processing and forming of various flat stems, which can be applied to PMTs and X-ray tubes.
Special-shaped manual stem molding: Take glass tube as the base material, make use of the hot melting and thermoplasticity of glass, rely on pure handwork, adopt inner cavity air blowing, and bending, blowing, pulling, connecting, turning over, sealing and other external force processing and shaping.
