BHP Invited to the 1st Nuclear Technology Application Industrial Chain Coordination Initiative Conference

BHP was invited to attend the First Collaborative Chain Conference on Nuclear Technology Application Industry Chain and is honored to join the Nuclear Technology Application Industry Alliance, contributing to high-quality leapfrog development of the industry.

To fully implement the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on advancing the upgrading of industrial foundations, modernizing industrial chains and accelerating the development of a modern industrial system, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) initiated and hosted the 1st Nuclear Technology Application Industrial Chain Coordination Initiative Conference in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on November 6.

Hundreds of leading officials and guests from government authorities, academic associations, industry leaders, top universities and research institutes, financial institutions and other stakeholders of the nuclear technology application sector gathered for the event. Together, they opened a new chapter for the development of the nuclear technology application industry and explored new paths for nuclear technologies to empower high-quality development in industry, agriculture, healthcare, environmental protection, public security and other fields.

The Nuclear Technology Application Industrial Chain Coordination Initiative is one of the industrial chain integration and coordination initiatives for central SOEs. The conference adopted the theme “Chain Collaboration for Empowerment, Nuclear Innovation for the Future”, with the mission of “stimulating industrial vitality, building industry consensus and elevating industrial capacity”. Centered on upgrading the modernization level of the nuclear technology application industrial chain, it focuses on two priorities: “strengthening intra-chain integration and expanding inter-chain collaboration”. The conference pooled all key resources across the industrial chain to discuss the development of a modern nuclear technology application industrial system. Participants aimed to build new mechanisms, consolidate new foundations, share new achievements, foster new ecosystems and pursue new development, creating a new landscape for integrated development of technologies, markets and resources and empowering high-quality industrial growth.
