BHP9605 Hand-held Homogeneous Biochemical Luminescence Analyzer

BHP9605 hand-held homogeneous biochemical luminescence analyzer consists of detection unit, display unit, power supply system, etc. The analyzer has the functions of self-inspection, auto-sleep, switch on/off, forced shutdown, battery management, charge/discharge, electric quantity detection, log printing and error code prompt.

Principle of detection

The analyzer combined with homogeneous biochemical light reagent simulates the principle of firefly luminescence reaction. The detected components in the body fluid sample (oral mucus, sputum, urine, etc.) react with the substrate in the reagent to produce faint luminescence. The analyzer detects weak light intensity by using PD detection module and converts it into digital signal. The digital signal is calculated by the software and the contents of sample are obtained.
