Nuclear medicine is a science of using drugs marked with radionuclides to diagnose or treat diseases, is the product of modern medicine and an applied science of nuclear technology in the field of medicine. The main characteristics of nuclear medicine can be summarized by "molecule, target", in which "molecule" means that the research and diagnosis level of nuclear medicine is at molecular level with high sensitivity; and "target" means to use radioactive tracer for "precision guidance", and specifically combine with target goal such as lesion position, so as to diagnose and treat disease more accurately and specifically, so nuclear medicine is often called precision medicine. Nuclear medicine imaging is to use scintillation detector or semiconductor detector to collect the nuclear radiation emitted by radionuclides or their markers involved in tissue metabolism from the body surface, locate and quantitatively display their metabolic processes, so as to diagnose diseases. See Fig. 1 for classification of nuclear medicine imaging.
